Volvo V50 (2004.5-2014)
- You get what you pay for Review by The_Blaze
I tried the cheap catless downpipe on my v50 t5 and it was a pain to install, I had to cut the pipe and rotate the flange, and the stock heat sheild wouldn't attach. shortly after install I got busted for not having a cat so I had to add one. Not even a year later the flex section broke. (At this point I was already in the cheap pipe more than the elevate pipe costs)
I bit the bullet and got a complete elevate dp with cat. I have been running it for a few years with no issue.
I recently purchased a newer P1 and immediately ordered a new elevate dp with cat and full cat back exhaust. Install was extremely easy and wow the quality of these parts just seem to get better each year. (Posted on 12/29/2017)
