The ELEVATE Volvo P1 (C30, S40, V50, C70N) Performance Front Brake System features blue Brembo four piston brake calipers and massive 350mm one piece slotted brake rotors along with Elevate components to bring it all together. This upgrade offers increased stopping capability with style at a reasonable price along with dust sealed pistons for use in all environments.  Designed for the enthusiast, our system is tested and proven to perform, while keeping the cost in check by utilizing Ford factory components where applicable. Consisting of high quality components, engineered to operate synergistically to shorten stopping distances and reduce brake fade under hard use, this kit works in conjunction with the factory rear brake system. This kit is a straightforward installation replacing the factory calipers, rotors, pads and brake hoses with Brembo, Ford, and Elevate exclusive components. Drilling the hubs to mount the calipers is required (drill bit included). Refer to the attached Fitment Guide illustration and measure carefully to make sure this caliper/rotor combination will fit behind your wheels.

Powerful Four Piston Calipers
We start with the Brembo four piston calipers used on the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS (#BRCF357, #BRCF355). Massive, stunning blue calipers with Brembo logo look amazing behind any wheel and have incredible stopping power. Included are a set of Elevate Performance Brake Pads that are well suited for performance street driving and short track sessions. We include factory Ford/Brembo spring clips for ease of installation and lasting performance.

Huge 350mm Brake Rotors
The massive vented, slotted and bright silver zinc plated rotors are Elevate exclusive parts. Premium castings are locally machined to perfection for long life. These large 350mm diameter rotors compared to factory 300mm or 320mm translates to greater leverage in stopping and more heat capacity in the rotor to avoid brake fade.

All the Hardware to make this caliper/rotor combination work on your Volvo C30, S40, V50 or C70
- Elevate exclusive brake hoses to connect the Brembo calipers to your Volvo brake hard lines. Our premium, coated braided stainless steel brake hoses are DOT approved and made for us here in the USA. Banjo bolt fitment at the caliper includes crush washers.
- A pair of precision machined and anodized aluminum spacers go between the hub face and rotor for correct centering of the rotor within the caliper.
- Hub centric fitment of wheels on hubs is essential to performance, safety, and removing vibration due to incorrect interface of the wheel and hub. We provide a pair of custom machined aluminum hub centric rings to ensure alignment between the hub and wheel.
- Ford mounting bolts to ensure strength.
- The factory mounting holes on the Volvo hubs are for 12mm hardware. The Brembo calipers use larger and stronger 14mm hardware, requiring drilling your hubs to the correct diameter. We include a high quality drill bit to do this yourself.

To complement this front brake kit, Elevate separately offers matching slotted and plated rear rotors, pads, and brake hoses.

NOTE: Refer to the attached Fitment Guide illustration and measure carefully to make sure this caliper/rotor combination will fit behind your wheels. Removal or modification to the factory rotor splash shields is required for fitment of the larger rotors. After installation, the rotor face is 6.4mm further out from factory location. Ensure your lug nuts have sufficient engagement with the wheel studs, or consider longer wheel studs depending on your wheels/application.
