Placing An Order

All prices are in US Dollars ($USD). Orders can be placed over the phone, email or through our web site on line store. Any credit card order is subject to security clearance and an order may be held for any reason if we feel it necessary to do so in order to verify information regarding your account. Mail orders paid by cashier’s check or certified bank check will ship immediately, if parts are available. If sending certified funds by mail please clearly include your full name, address, phone number and email (if applicable), year, make, model and engine/transmission of your vehicle. All parts are subject to a “back order” with no guaranteed delivery date. Back orders will be processed and will ship as soon as possible. If parts ordered are on back order for an abnormal length of time, we will contact you to discuss options. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

Elevate Cars, Inc. offers certain High Performance and/or Race Only parts. These parts may not be legal for use on public roads and installation of these parts will make your car illegal to operate. At the time the order is placed the customer agrees not to hold Elevate Cars, Inc, or any principals or employees responsible or liable for any circumstance that may arise from using or installing any of these aforementioned parts.

Shipping

We ship daily from either our Arizona warehouse. The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. As more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays. FedEx has suspended their money back gurantee for express shipments. FedEx Express delivers on Saturday ONLY for overnight shipments scheduled on Friday and specified for Saturday delivery. FedEx does not deliver on Sunday. If you have a question about express deliveries, please email us (info@elevatecars.com).

Order shipping outside of the USA: Please contact us for a shipping quote. Email us (info@elevatecars.com) with the product(s) you are interested in and your complete address so that we can get you an accurate shipping cost.

If you select “WILL CALL” for shipping and are expecting to take delivery from one of our warehouses, please contact us first (info@elevatecars.com). We use FedEx for most US and some shipments outside of the US. Most International shipments are sent via FedEx. Some larger shipments require the ground freight transportation whereby we use a variety of private trucking companies. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping firm, any claims must be made directly with that shipper. We can assist with most cases, ask your representative.

We offer shipping to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service. However dimensions are limited to a certain size. If your package is too large to send via USPS, we will ship it via an alternate carrier to a private address. (Please note: In Germany, Military Personnel will be required to visit their transportation office to get the proper customs form to submit by hand in the city of Cologne, in order to receive their goods free of import duties.)

Due to insurance requirements with FedEx, we require direct signature on orders valued over $100.00

Returns

Only merchandise returned within 30 days of shipment will apply to this return policy. Returned goods will not be accepted without written (email) permission from Elevate Cars, Inc. A 15% restocking charge will apply to this return goods policy. All adjustments will be based upon cost at the time of purchase and goods must be in saleable condition. All shipping costs, including duties and brokerage fees, will be at purchaser’s cost.

Merchandise that is custom ordered or special ordered (i.e. carpets, custom painted items, etc.) is not eligible for cancellation, refund or exchange and does not qualify for the 30 day return policy.

In case of problems or returns, contact ELEVATE and we will attempt to resolve the problem. In some cases, ELEVATE will authorize merchandise to be returned to the factory for inspection and in order to make a determination in the validity of the claim. A Returned Goods Authorization is required before any returned merchandise will be accepted by ELEVATE. Packages shipped to ELEVATE without an Returned Goods Authorization number will be returned to the shipper.

We will not warranty any part that has been modified or painted.
