Description: 

The ELEVATE Volvo S80 AWD Sport Exhaust System has been completely designed in-house to absolutely maximize flow, increasing torque and horsepower throughout the power band. Proven gains show +12hp and +15 lb-ft of torque (both measured at the wheels) are accompanied by a great sound with just the right amount of exhaust snarl under acceleration. Sprints to 60mph are decreased by .2 seconds.  Our Exhaust gives the S80 just enough “attitude” in both sound and style while being appropriate for the stately sedan that it is.
 
Creating a true catalytic converter-back system of tubing of 3" (76mm) and 2.5” (63.5mm) fully mandrel bent tubing is the only way to accomplish significant gains. A mere muffler replacement simply isn't the way to make power. We designed our mufflers from the inside out specifically for the Volvo S80 taking into account engine displacement, flow characteristics, power levels, and sound attenuation to create a system with optimum power gains without excessive sound and no droning in the interior. This simply cannot be accomplished using "off the shelf" components like most “tuners” use.
 
Constructed entirely of fully polished T304 stainless steel for long lasting performance with thick flanges to eliminate exhaust leaks.  Clamp together design allows easy fitment for the installer. The system includes all components needed for installation and is of bolt-on construction with no welding required.  Bolts directly to the factory downpipe.  Fits both T6 and V8 engines.  Quad tips fit in factory bumper opening.
